- Helps you comply with lockout/tagout requirements (29 CFR § 1910.147)
- Bright safety red and contrasting black hasp (5-1/4″ x 3″ body) has an unmistakable stop-shaped octagon front panel shield
- Hasp is molded in lightweight, durable, all-dielectric plastic
- Contains a specially designed lockout tag
- Insert the open end of the 1/4″ wide loop to lock out the device; the hasp hangs by the 1-3/8″ x 2-3/4″ closed oval loop
- Fill out the lockout tag and insert the top hole over the octagon-shaped tab inside the hasp
- Close down the 2-1/4″ octagon panel to hold the tag in place
- Slip the open loop end into the open side of the hasp and brace securely with up to three padlocks
