Bradley toilet tissue dispenser. Bracket made of diecast aluminum. Spindle made of gray polystyrene. Accommodates one toilet tissue roll up to 5.5 inches in diameter. Includes a vandal resistant locking mechanism. To refill paper, tear off tissue core and release spring. Designed so spindle can only make 1/2 revolution. Controlled delivery. Surface mounted.
