Bradley Navigator Thermostatic Mixing Valve, designed for use in commercial applications. Valve designed for master hot water distribution. High/Low type valve is designed to control water temperature during periods of both high and low demand. Powerful liquid filled thermostat with 10 year warranty insures constant outlet temperature. Temperature range 90-120 degrees F. Certified to ASSE 1017. Certified to cUPC standards. Certified to CSA standards. Certified by IAPMO to meet lead free plumbing laws. Rough bronze finish. Piped Assembly with Outlet Shutoff. 77 GPM @ 45 PSI. Incoming 1in. NPT connections, outlet is 1 1/4in. NPT connection. Dial thermometer. Maximum operating pressure of 125 PSI. Maximum inlet temperature of 200 degrees F. Minimum temperature differential of 15 degrees F between incoming hot water temperature and valve set point. Universal Mounting Capability.
